LADIES ONLY BOXING
Join our certified boxing instructor, Bill, (NCCP level 3) and get an amazing workout while learning proper technique using focus mitts, boxing bags and no contact sparring. A great way to relieve stress, gain confidence, learn self-defense and have a ton of fun! Mondays & Wednesdays 5:15pm-6:15pm.

STROLLER FIT/MOM AND BABY BOOTCAMPSA great way for new moms to get an amazing workout without having to leave your babies!
In the winter these classes run indoors in our studio. Babies will enjoy our play area while moms workout next to them or with them. Safely recover from childbirth and work up to hard-core fitness training to gain energy, strength and your pre-pregnancy form!
During spring/summer and fall classes are offered outdoors! Bring your little one in a stroller and run/walk pushing your baby. Then stop at local parks and lunge, push-up, crunch, climb stairs and more with your baby enjoying the ride!
SENIORS/BOOMERS WEIGHT TRAINING
A progressive program suited to 55+ and 65+ age groups. Learn proper use and technique of weight training and cardio equipment as well as stretching, balance and core work. Benefits of strength training are many for these age groups! Improve functional strength to make day to day activities easier, increase bone density, decrease risk of falling and injury, and improve confidence and overall health!
LEARN TO RUN 10K GROUP
A fun and non-intimidating way to improve running endurance, or learn to run for the first time. This program is designed by the Sports Medicine Council of BC to safely work your way up from walk/run intervals to running 10km just in time for the Spring Honda Fun Run! Classes offered in the fall and spring.
