The Facility

Our fitness centre is the largest in Cranbrook with over 7000 square feet for all your fitness needs. Large stretching area, extensive selection of free weights and machines, Olympic lifting platform and a massive studio for group fitness, team training and more!

Group Fitness

We have over 30 AMAZING classes per week including Group Power, Group Ride and R30, Bootcamps, Yoga, Boxing, Max Beats (Latin Dance), Tabata and more! All classes are led by industry experts, have fantastic music and a welcoming, fun, motivating environment!

Personal Training

A certified personal trainer has the knowledge and skills to provide you with a program to meet your individual goals. Whether you want to build muscle mass, lose body fat, tone, strengthen, rehabilitate an injury, or train for a sport or event, your trainer will help you achieve your goal providing expertise and motivation along the way. At Core Fitness our trainers are highly qualified and the best in the Kootenays!

High Performance Training Program

Train like the Pros with our in-season or off-season High Performance Training program for ages 11-18yrs. Fitness Testing, Speed/Agility/Quickness training, Strength, Flexibility, Injury prevention and much more. Join our 4 month program from May-August or set up individual or team training at any time!

Welcome to Core Fitness

When you walk in to Core Fitness, you will be greeted by our friendly staff and welcomed into our 'community' fitness centre. At Core Fitness, it is all about community. We try to offer something for everyone! We have the largest selection of Group Fitness classes and are the only facility in the Kootenays licensed to lead world renowned Mossa classes. We also run many specialized programs such as Co-Ed Boxing, High Performance Athlete Training, Seniors Weight Training, Seniors Boxing, Youth Fit and more!

At Core Fitness, we are Fitness Experts. Our owner, as well as several of our trainers, are Kinesiologists with many years of experience training and instructing all levels and ages of participants from elite athletes, to seniors and beginners. Our trainers and instructors are all certified, experienced and amazing at what they do!

We consistently upgrade our equipment to keep up with current research and trends. Our equipment includes unique pieces such as an Air Bike, Motor-less treadmill, Incline trainer, TRX suspension trainers, battle ropes, kettlebells and much more.

You never have to guess at how to use our equipment. Our staff are always available to help and a free orientation on the equipment is included with every membership!
