Our fitness centre is the largest in Cranbrook with over 7000 square feet for all your fitness needs. Large stretching area, extensive selection of free weights and machines, Olympic lifting platform and a massive studio for group fitness, team training and more!

Group Fitness

We have over 20 fantastic fitness classes each week all included with your membership! Get your zen on with Flow Yoga (3 times per week!), try our amazing multi-level Mat Pilates, Super-fun - Retro-robics, Spinning with our NEW SPIN BIKES, Step Aerobics, TRX Suspension Training, Tabata, and much more!

Personal Training

A certified personal trainer has the knowledge and skills to provide you with a program to meet your individual goals. Whether you want to build muscle mass, lose body fat, tone, strengthen, rehabilitate an injury, or train for a sport or event, your trainer will help you achieve your goal providing expertise and motivation along the way. At Core Fitness our trainers are highly qualified and the best in the Kootenays!

When you walk in to Core Fitness, you will be greeted by our friendly staff and welcomed into our 'community' fitness centre. At Core Fitness, it is all about community. We try to offer something for everyone! We have the largest selection of group fitness classes in town as well as specialized programs such as Learn to Run 10k, Beginner Pilates, Seniors Weight Training and Fit Kids!
At Core Fitness we are always current with the latest fitness trends. We have unique equipment to help keep your workouts fresh including the ViPR, kettlebells, Bender balls and Gliders, an Incline Trainer (30% grade!), and much more.
Our instructors and staff are highly qualified and fantastic at what they do. You never have to guess at how to use the equipment, we are always there to help!
